摘　　要：肝纤维化是肝炎向肝硬化、肝癌进展的必经之路,若肝纤维化得不到有效控制,便会发展为肝硬化、肝癌,严重威胁人体健康。西药作用靶点单一,难以多环节同时奏效,而中药成分复杂,可多靶点调控,在临床抗肝纤维化治疗中疗效显著。近年来中医药抗肝纤维化机制方面的研究涌现出大量成果,在提高中药抗肝纤维化疗效证据级别的同时极大增强了中医药同行的自信心。文章将从抑制造血干细胞活化、调控脂肪细胞因子、抑制肝脏炎症反应、抗氧化应激、抑制肝窦内皮细胞毛细血管化、调节肠道菌群、调节自身免疫反应等角度对中医药抗肝纤维化机制进行阐述,以期为抗肝纤维化机制的进一步研究提供指导,同时为临床治疗和新药研发提供理论依据。Liver fibrosis is a stage when hepatitis develop into liver cirrhosis or liver cancer. If liver fibrosis is not effectively controlled, it will develop into liver cirrhosis and liver cancer, which seriously threatens human health. The singletarget western medicine approach is limited, and it is difficult to work at the same time. In contrast, the composition of traditional Chinese medicine is comprehensive and can be regulated by multiple targets, so it can be effective in the treatment of liver fibrosis.In recent years, the research on the mechanism of anti-hepatic fibrosis of traditional Chinese medicine emerged a large number of achievements. They not only improve the evidence level of anti-hepatic fibrosis effect of traditional Chinese medicine, but also greatly enhance the self-confidence of Chinese medicine counterparts. This article described the mechanism of anti-hepatic fibrosis of traditional Chinese medicine from the aspects of inhibiting hematopoietic stem cell activation, regulating adipocytokines,inhibiting liver inflammation, antioxidant stress, inhibiting capillarization of hepatic sinusoidal endothelial cells, regulating intestinal flora, regulating autoimmune response and so on. We hope to provide guidance for further study of anti-hepatic fiber mechanism and theoretical basis for clinical treatment and new drug research.
