艾滋病发热的中医认识现状

摘　　要：收集近30年来公开发表的关于艾滋病发热的中医文献资料,归纳总结中医病因病机和辨证论治,并对其进行综述,进而对艾滋病发热的中医研究及药物研发提出展望。艾滋病发热的病因为艾毒、六淫之邪、药邪、情志内伤;外感发热的病机是以艾毒伤元为前提,风、热、湿等六淫外邪为诱因,内外相引,由里越外;内伤发热的病机是以艾毒伤元为病理基础,导致肺脾肾亏虚,甚至五脏六腑、气血阴阳俱虚,总属本虚标实,正邪相争。辨证分型:外感发热有伏邪外感发热、伏邪外感风寒、邪伏少阳;内伤发热之实证有湿热蕴毒、血瘀发热,内伤发热虚证有气虚发热(肺脾气虚)、阴虚发热(肝肾阴虚)、血虚发热、阴亏阳脱(脾肾阳虚)。因此,加大对艾滋病发热中医病因病机和辨证论治的系统理论研究和文献研究是研究的首要任务,在此基础上开展药物研发是解决艾滋病发热临床问题的关键。The Chinese medicine literatures on AIDS fever published in the past 30 years, pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation of Chinese medicine were collected, and then review. AIDS fever is caused by AIDS, six evils, medicine evil, and emotional internal wounds;the pathogenesis of exogenous fever is the premise of AIDS poisoning, and the six evils of wind,heat, and dampness are the causes. By comparison, from the inside and out;the pathogenesis of internal injury and fever is the pathological basis of Ai Du Shang Yuan, which leads to the deficiency of the lungs, spleen and kidneys, and even the internal organs of viscera, qi, blood, yin and yang, which are always true and false. Types of syndrome differentiation: exogenous fever,exogenous fever,exogenous wind chill, Xiefu Shaoyang;empirical evidence of internal injury fever include damp heat and poison, blood stasis fever;internal injury fever deficiency syndrome, qi deficiency fever(pulmonary spleen qi deficiency), yin deficiency fever(liver and kidney yin deficiency), blood deficiency fever, yin deficiency and yang loss(spleen and kidney yang deficiency).Therefore, it is the primary task of scientific research to increase systematic theoretical research and literature research on the etiology, pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation of AIDS fever TCM. Systematic and standardized Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment programs to guide clinical treatment are the core. On this basis, the key to solve AIDS fever is to develop drug.
