皖派新安医家临证应用膏方特色浅析

摘　　要：皖派新安医家应用膏方特色鲜明,笔者通过阅读古籍文献的方法,对皖派新安医家代表医著中所用膏方进行研究,明确处方药物及配伍规律。发现皖派新安医家膏方的主要特点为“固本培元”,涵盖冬令进补、病后调复、不拘时令、临证疗疾等方面,用药精简轻灵,并注重口感,荤素并用。临证常以阴阳为本,固本为首,兼以祛邪;以补益为纲,重视脾肾,多脏并调,兼顾精气神;全方不惟补益,配伍适当健脾开胃、活血行气药物,使全方动静相召,免致壅滞。针对不同基础疾病、不同时令,遵循因病、因时制宜的原则,处方用药亦有所不同。The characteristics of Xin’an doctors of Anhui School used the paste formula were distinct. The author studied the application of paste formula in the representative medical works of Xin’an doctors of Anhui School through reading ancient books and literature so as to clarify the prescription of drugs and compatibility rules. It was found that the main characteristics of Anhui Xin’an medical practitioner’s ointment formula are ‘Guben Peiyuan’, covering the winter tonic, post-illness adjustment,non seasonal treatment, clinical treatment and other aspects, the medication is simple and light, paying attention to the taste, and combining meat and vegetable. Clinical syndromes are usually based on yin and yang, headed by consolidation, and eliminating pathogenic factors;taking tonic as the key point, paying attention to spleen and kidney, coordinating multiple viscera and taking into account essence, qi and spirit;Instead of just supplementing benefits, the whole formula should be concerted application with appropriate drugs for invigorating the spleen and appetizer movement, promoting blood circulation and moving qi circulation, so as to prevent stagnation of the whole prescription. According to different basic diseases, different seasons, following the principle of disease, according to the time, prescription medication is also different.
