摘　　要：目的:探讨五味子总多糖(SCP)的止咳及抗炎活性。方法:纯白Hartly豚鼠70只,随机分为正常对照组,模型组,溶剂对照组,SCP低、中、高剂量组(200、400、800 mg/kg),可待因组(30 mg/kg),烟草烟雾诱导建立咳嗽高敏豚鼠模型。0.4 mol/L柠檬酸进行咳嗽激发,检测咳嗽次数及潜伏期;分类计数肺泡灌洗液(BALF)炎症细胞;HE染色观察气道、肺组织病理学变化;ELISA检测BALF炎症因子IL-6、IL-8水平。结果:与模型组比较,SCP中剂量组能显著减少豚鼠咳嗽次数(P<0.05),延长咳嗽潜伏期(P<0.05),降低BALF炎症细胞总数及中性粒细胞比例(P<0.01),下调BALF中IL-6、IL-8水平(P<0.05),改善气道、肺组织病理学改变。结论:SCP可显著降低烟草烟雾诱导的咳嗽高敏豚鼠的咳嗽敏感性,并对气道非特异性慢性炎症具有抑制作用。Objective: To investigate the antitussive and antiinflammatory activity of Schisandra chinensis polysaccharide(SCP). Methods: Harlty guinea pigs were randomly divided into 7 groups: normal group, model group, vehicle group, SCP groups of low, medium and high doses(200, 400, 800 mg/kg) and codeine group(30 mg/kg). The cough hypersensitivity model of guinea pigs was established by continuous cigarette smoke exposure. Cough was induced by 0.4 mol/L citric acid, cough sensitivity and latent period of cough were detected. Bronchoalveolar lavage and HE staining was performed to count the inflammatory cells and observe pathological changes in airway and lung tissue. IL-6 and IL-8 were tested by ELISA Kit. Results: Compared with model group, SCP medium dose group could significantly reduce the number of cough(P<0.05) and prolong cough latency(P<0.05),decrease the total inflammatory cells, the percent of neutrophil(P<0.01), and the content of IL-6 and IL-8 in BALF(P<0.05),improve the histopathological changes of airway and lung. Conclusion: SCP could reduce cough sensitivity and inhibit nonspecific chronic inflammation.
