摘  要:目的:研究三脉菝葜Smilax trinervula Miq.的抗肿瘤活性组分化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、反相ODS、AB-8型大孔吸附树脂等色谱方法以及半制备高效液相法进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质及核磁共振等现代波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果:从三脉菝葜抗肿瘤活性组分乙酸乙酯组分中分离得到16个化合物,分别鉴定为胡萝卜苷(1)、白皮杉醇(2)、纤细薯蓣皂苷(3)、薯蓣次苷B(4)、薯蓣皂苷元-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)、反式白藜芦醇(6)、薯蓣皂苷(7)、isonarthogenin3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-O-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)]-β-D-glucopyranoside(8)、原薯蓣皂苷(9)、槲皮素-3’-O-葡萄糖苷(10)、β-谷甾醇(11)、薯蓣皂苷元(12)、maakoline(13)、Gnetumontanin C(14)、scirpusin A(15)、resveratrol trans-dehydrodimer(16)。结论:化合物resveratrol trans-dehydrodimer、Gnetumontanin C、maakoline为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物scirpusin A、反式白藜芦醇为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective: To investigate the anti-tumor chemical constituents of Smilax trinervula Miq.. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography over normal phase silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, reversedphase ODS, AB-8 macroporous adsorption resin, and semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography. The compound structures were identified by physicochemical properties and various spectroscopic analysis, including NMR. Results: Sixteen compounds were isolated from the anti-tumor active component, the ethyl acetate partion of Smilax trinervula. And their structures were identified as daucosterol(1), piceatannol(2), gracillin(3), prosapogenin B of dioscin(4), diosgenin-3-O-β-Dglucopyranoside(5), trans-resveratrol(6), dioscin(7), isonarthogenin 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-O-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)]-β-D-glucopyranoside(8), protodioscin(9), quercetin-3’-O-glucopyranoside(10), β-sitosterol(11), diosgenin(12),maakoline(13), Gnetumontanin C(14), scirpusin A(15), resveratrol trans-dehydrodimer(16). Conclusion: Compounds resveratrol trans-dehydrodimer, Gnetumontanin C and maakoline are obtained from Smilax genus for the first time. Compounds scirpusin A and trans-resveratrol were isolated from Smilax trinervula for the first time.
