从《医宗金鉴》乳腺癌方药论乳腺癌病因病机及治法

摘　　要：《医宗金鉴》关于乳腺癌一病的论治散见于各篇章中,如《妇科心法要诀》列“乳岩证治”一条,以“十六味流气饮”等方论治乳腺癌;《外科心法要诀》又依据症状、体征列“乳中结核”“乳劳”“乳岩”专篇论治乳腺癌。《医宗金鉴》收载清代以前治疗乳腺癌的有效方药,但对病因病机论述不够详实,仅用了“肝脾两伤,气郁痰凝”概括之。文章试从《医宗金鉴》收载乳腺癌方药论述乳腺癌的病因病机及治法,援引陆渊雷肝脾之说加以阐述,为临床辨证研究拓宽思路。The treatments about breast cancer from Yizong Jinjian were scattered in various chapters, like Key Points of Gynecology listing ‘breast cancer syndrome and treatment’, providing Sixteen Liuqi Decoction and other prescriptions to treat breast cancer;according to the symptoms and signs of breast cancer, ‘tipple in the breast’ ‘breast fatigue’ and ‘breast cancer’ were discussed in Keys of Surgical Mental Method to treat breast cancer. Yizong Jinjian absorbed the effective prescriptions for breast cancer before Qing dynasty, but the description and theory about etiology and pathogenesis were not detailed enough, and just summarized ‘injury of both liver and spleen, qi depression and phlegm stagnation’. This article attempts to discuss the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of breast cancer from prescriptions included in Yizong Jinjian, citing LU Yuan-lei’s theory of liver and spleen to explain to expand the thinking of clinical research on syndrome differentiation.
