上海合作组织传统医学合作现状及策略分析

摘　　要：上海合作组织涵盖中国和印度两大传统医学大国,中亚四国曾深受阿拉伯医学影响,上海合作组织之间的传统医学合作将对世界传统医学的发展起到引领和示范作用,同时可以提升上海合作组织人文合作深度。上海合作组织成员国十分重视传统医学合作。目前,上海合作组织传统医学合作仍处于起步阶段,需要进一步加强合作机制建设,针对各国传统医学发展水平不均衡的现状,实施不同策略。在上海合作组织成员国中,中亚国家和巴基斯坦是合作的关键,俄罗斯是合作亮点,对于印度则应强化共性,避免竞争,共同推动传统医学的发展,为上海合作组织卫生健康共同体构建贡献力量。The Shanghai Cooperation Organization(SCO) covers two big countries of traditional medicine: China and India. Four Central Asian countries were deeply influenced by Arab medicine. The traditional medical cooperation between SCO will play a leading and exemplary role in the development of traditional medicine in the world and can enhance the depth of humanistic cooperation of SCO. SCO members states attach great importance to traditional medicine cooperation. At present,the cooperation in traditional medicine of SCO is still in its infancy, so it is necessary to further strengthen the construction of cooperation mechanism and implement different strategies according to the unbalanced development level of traditional medicine in various countries. Among the SCO member states, Central Asian countries and Pakistan are the key to cooperation, while Russia is the highlight of cooperation. For India, we should strengthen commonness, avoid competition, and jointly promote traditional medicine to contribute to the construction of SCO health community.
