摘　　要：脾胃是脏腑气化的中心和气机升降出入的枢杻。脾胃气化失常则百病由生。肠道菌群与宿主相互协调作用,共同维持着机体的平衡稳态和重要生理功能。肠道菌群-宿主系统稳态失调则会导致各种疾病的发生。肠道菌群是脾胃气化的物质基础之一,也是中医药调治脾胃气化失常的重要途径。中医药通过改变肠道菌群结构、恢复肠黏膜屏障、减轻肠道及全身炎症反应、改善肠道菌群代谢、调节肠-脑轴等关键环节来调节肠道微生态平衡,从而起到治疗脾胃气化失常相关疾病的作用。Spleen and stomach are considered as the center of qi-transforming functional activities. As an essential cause of qi-transforming disorder, the dysfunctional of spleen and stomach qi can lead to a series of diseases. Harmonious interaction between gut microbiota and host helps the body keeping the key physiological functions and homeostasis. As soon as the balance of host-flora system is broken, it will lead to various diseases and make them worse. Gut microbiota should be recognized as the key material basis of the functional activities of spleen and stomach qi. The important regulatory pathway of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) to qi-transforming of spleen and stomach should be gut microbiota. TCM can treat kinds of diseases caused by dysfunctional activities of spleen and stomach qi by the following essential approaches: changing the composition of gut microbiota, restoring the intestinal mucosal barrier, alleviating the inflammation of gut and host, improving the metabolism of gut microbiota, regulating the gut-brain axis, and so on.
