摘  要:文章从调和营卫法治疗不寐的中药药对,阐释营卫与不寐的关系,从阴阳、气机、气血、脏腑的角度,阐述调和营卫法辨治不寐的临床思路及配伍特点,具体有:桂枝伍白芍、合欢皮伍首乌藤重在调营卫以和阴阳,柴胡伍枳实、远志伍石菖蒲重在调营卫以畅气机,龙骨伍牡蛎、酸枣仁伍柏子仁重在调营卫以安神养血;半夏伍秫米、黄连伍肉桂重在调营卫以安脏腑,最终达到改善睡眠目的。This paper explores the relationship between yingfen-weifen and insomnia from the couplet medicinals by the method of harmonizing yingfen and weifen, and expounds the clinical thoughts and synergy characteristics of the method of harmonizing yingfen and weifen in treating insomnia based on syndrome differentiation from the aspects of yin-yang, qi dynamic,qi and blood and zang-fu. Specifically, Guizhi with Baishao and Hehuanpi with Shouwuteng focuses on regulating yingfen and weifen for harmonizing yin and yang, Chaihu with Zhishi and Yuanzhi with Shichangpu focuses on regulating yingfen and weifen for facilitating the qi dynamic, Longgu with Muli and Suanzaoren with Baiziren focuses on regulating yingfen and weifen for quieting the spirit and nourishing blood, Banxia with Shumi and Huanglian with Rougui focuses on regulating yingfen and weifen for quieting the zang-fu viscera. Finally, the sleep could be improved effectively.
