柴胡疏肝散加减对肝胃气滞型功能性消化不良的症状、焦虑抑郁以及核素胃排空的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察柴胡疏肝散加减治疗肝胃气滞型功能性消化不良(FD)的临床疗效。方法:95例肝胃气滞型FD患者随机分为对照组32例,治疗组63例,对照组给予中药模拟颗粒治疗,治疗组给予中药柴胡疏肝散加减治疗,疗程28 d。比较两组治疗前后的疗效、症状积分、核素胃排空结果及焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)得分。结果:治疗后,治疗组疗效指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总症状积分、上腹痛积分、SAS、SDS积分均显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。核素胃排空方面,治疗组治疗后胃半排空时间、排空速率、2 h存留率较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05)。两组均无严重不良反应。结论:柴胡疏肝散加减治疗肝胃气滞型FD具有良好的疗效及安全性,并可改善患者的焦虑抑郁状态及胃排空功能。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Chaihu Shugan Powder on functional dyspepsia of stagnation of liver and stomach qi. Methods: A total of 95 patients were collected in this study, including 63 cases in the treatment group and 32 cases in the control group. The treatment group was treated with Chaihu Shugan powder, while the control group was treated with Chinese medicine simulated granules for 28 days. The curative effect, symptom score and radionuclide gastric emptying before and after treatment were statistically analyzed. Results: After treatment, the therapeutic index of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the scores of total symptoms, epigastric pain, SAS, SDS in the treatment group were decreased(P<0.05), and the scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). In the aspect of radionuclide gastric emptying, the half gastric emptying time, emptying rate and 2-hour survival rate in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05). There were no serious adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion: Chaihu Shugan Powder has good efficacy and safety in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with stagnation of liver and stomach qi, improving the gastric emptying function of patients.
