胃及壶腹周围肿瘤患者手术前后舌象研究

摘　　要：目的:观察胃及壶腹周围肿瘤患者手术前后的舌象特点。方法:对中国医学科学院肿瘤医院胰胃外科2019年4月至8月入组的住院患者手术前后的舌象从舌形、舌苔润燥、苔色、舌苔剥脱情况等7个方面进行记录并数字化评分。结果:共有78例患者纳入研究,胃及壶腹周围肿瘤患者舌象具有舌色淡红或偏白、舌形偏胖、薄白苔、舌苔润燥正常、有瘀斑的特点。术后患者舌象特征同术前,但各项程度有所变化。与术前比较,术后舌苔润燥评分显著降低(P<0.05),舌苔剥脱情况评分显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:胃及壶腹周围肿瘤患者舌象特征为舌色淡红或偏白、舌形偏胖、薄白苔、舌苔润燥正常、有瘀斑的特点。术后患者舌苔有向燥苔变化的趋势,舌苔剥脱情况加重。Objective: To explore the characteristics of the tongue manifestation of pre-operational and post-operational gastric and perioperative cancer patients. Methods: The tongue images of inpatients enrolled in the Department of Pancreatic and Gastric Surgery, Cancer Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences between April and August 2019 before and after surgery were analyzed from tongue shape, dry tongue coating, coating color and tongue coating stripping, which were recorded and scored digitally. Results: A total of 78 patients were enrolled, the tongue images of patients with gastric and periampullary tumors were characterized by reddish or white tongue color, fat tongue shape, thin white coating, normal dry tongue coating and ecchymosis. The tongue characteristics of the patients after operation were the same as those before operation, but various degrees were changed. Compared with pre-operation, the score of dry tongue coating was significantly decreased in post-operation(P<0.05), while the score of tongue coating stripping was significantly increased(P<0.05). Conclusion: The tongue characteristics of patients with gastric and periampullary tumors are pale red or white, fat tongue, thin white coating, normal dry tongue coating and ecchymosis. After the operation, the tongue coating of the patients changed to dry, and the peeling of the tongue coating was aggravated.
