摘　　要：应为“专精特新”企业建立稳定、长期的低成本融资体系,营造良好金融环境,鼓励金融机构在授信外,探索更多满足“专精特新”企业全生命周期需求的金融服务,以促进企业平稳健康长远发展。The Shanghai Banking and Insurance Regulatory Bureau guides the Shanghai banking industry to'"five-faceted approach",that is,through the establishment of a six-specialty mechanism,accurate stratification of-enterprises,promotion of credit realization,assistance in listing of enterprises,and multi-department synergy,to provide professional,precise,high-quality,comprehensive and value-added services for specialized,refined,and new enterprises.At present,Shanghai has 3005 municipal-level"specialized,refined and new"enterprises and 262 national-level"little giant"enterprises.The credit granting rate to those specialized,refined and new enterprises is 56%with wide-coverage,low price and high quality loans.
