摘 要:为丰富智能分布式配电网保护原理,提出一种基于通信和序分量的智能分布式配电网保护方案。该方案以故障发生后存在的序分量为基础,借助于通信通道并利用母线序电压、出线序分量功率角和馈线序电流相位来定位故障,包括判定故障母线、选取故障出线和定位故障区间3个阶段。阐述了各个阶段保护的动作原理,给出了动作判据和保护整体动作框图,并利用MATLAB搭建仿真模型对提出的保护方案进行仿真分析,仿真结果验证了该保护方案在配电网发生相间故障时能准确定位故障点。To enrich the protection principle of intelligent distributed power distribution network,this paper proposes a protection scheme based on communication and sequence component.On the basis of the sequence component existing after the fault occurs and with the help of communication channel,the fault is located by the bus sequence voltage,the power angle of outgoing-line sequence component and the phase of feeder sequence current,including three stages of judging the fault bus,selecting the fault outgoing-line and locating the fault section.The paper expounds the action principle of each stage of protection and gives the action criterion and the overall action block diagram of protection.It uses MATLAB to build the simulation model to simulate and analyze the proposed scheme.The simulation results verify that this protection scheme can accurately locate the fault point in case of phase-to-phase fault in the distribution network.
