摘  要:电站燃煤锅炉一次风管线弯折常导致煤粉输送出现浓淡不均,为此,采用数值方探究弯头来流方向对风量偏差与煤粉浓淡分离程度的影响,将弯管与百叶窗浓淡分离器对煤粉浓淡分离的综合结果作为1000 MW双切圆燃煤锅炉模型的边界条件开展数值模拟,并与理想煤粉浓淡分离工况进行对比。结果表明:弯管与百叶窗浓淡分离器对风量偏差影响较小;斜下方弯管所致煤粉颗粒浓度在水平方向的偏斜程度约为25%,百叶窗浓淡分离所致煤粉颗粒浓度在向火侧偏斜程度约为22%,弯管与百叶窗浓淡分离均对煤粉偏斜产生较强影响,在锅炉实际运行调试和整体数值研究中皆需重视;弯头来流方向与向火侧相同时将对燃烧器整体的煤粉浓淡分离产生一定削弱效果,在前墙、后墙与右墙会出现煤粉浓度增高现象,影响煤粉在炉内的燃烧与水冷壁的结渣特性。The bending of primary air pipeline of the coal-fired boiler in the power station often leads to uneven distribution of pulverized coal transportation.Therefore,this paper uses the numerical method to discuss the influence of the incoming flow direction of the elbow on the flow deviation of air and the dense thin separation degree of pulverized coal.It takes the comprehensive results of the separation of pulverized coal by the elbow and dense thin separator as the boundary conditions of the 1000 MW double tangential coal-fired boiler model to carry out numerical simulation,and compares with the ideal pulverized coal separation condition.The results show that the influence on the air volume deviation produced by elbow and the louver concentration separator is very small,the horizontal deviation of pulverized coal particles caused by the inclined lower elbow is about 25%,and the pulverized coal deviation caused by the concentration and dilution separation of the louver is about 22%.Both the concentration and dilution separation of the elbow and the louver have a strong influence on the pulverized coal deviation,which should be paid attention to in the actual operation and commissioning of the boiler and the overall numerical research.When the flow direction of the elbow is the same as that of the louver concentration separator,it will weaken the degree of separation of pulverized coal in the burner,and further affect the combustion of coals in the furnace and scorification characteristics of water wall.
