摘 要:基于高效除尘技术及烟气冷却器、选择性催化还原法脱硝催化剂的防磨举措分析,探讨燃用高灰机组在不使用湿式电除尘器的情况下达到超低排放的可行性。与常规电除尘器相比,低低温电除尘器提效显著,幅度在17.09%~53.17%,辅以精细化的气流均布技术,可以配合高效湿法脱硫实现高灰煤超低排放。在某660 MW机组开展工程应用,燃用灰分28.46%~33.85%的煤种,除尘系统运行状态良好,满足设计值要求及超低排放,且未发现明显的磨损及堵塞现象,为后续超低排放机组燃用劣质煤提供借鉴。Based on the research of efficient dust removal technology and analysis of anti-wear measures of flue gas cooler and selective catalytic reduction(SCR)denitration catalyst,this paper discusses ultra-low emission feasibility of coal-fired power plants without wet electrostatic precipitator(WESP)and with high ash inferior coal.Compared with the conventional electrical dust precipitator(ESP),the efficiency improvement range of the low-low temperature(LL-ESP)is significant,in 17.09%~53.17%.Supplemented by elaborating the airflow uniformly distributed technology,it can realize ultra-low emission of high ash coal with high efficiency wet desulphurization.In the engineering application of a 660 MW unit,the ash content of coal burned is 28.46%~33.85%and the dust removal system runs well,which meets the requirements of design value and ultra-low emissions.In addition,no obvious wears and blockage phenomena are discovered,which provides a reference for the subsequent ultra-low emission units to burn inferior coal.
