摘  要:以实用、可靠、经济为基础,在上游库区及各支流建立水雨情监控装置,与中心站采集处理系统配套组合成无人值守的雨水情在线自动监测系统,实现对区域内雨水情实时测报、自动采集统计、雨水情信息数据回溯、数据查询、高级应用成果、洪水预警和预报之功能,提高了水电企业实时监视、集中调度的能力,提高了水电企业防汛的预警能力和发电增发增收的能力。Based on practicability,reliability and economy,this paper establishes rain and water condition monitoring device in upstream reservoir area and each tributary,and combines it with collection and processing system of central station to form unattended rainwater condition online automatic monitoring system.It can realize functions of real-time monitoring and forecasting of rainwater regime,automatic collection and statistics,data backdating of rainwater regime information,data query,advanced application results,flood warning and forecasting.The capability of real-time monitoring and centralized dispatching of hydropower enterprises is improved,and the ability of flood prevention and warning as well as the ability of generating additional income and generation of hydropower enterprises are improved.
