摘  要:水垫塘作为下游河床消能的防护结构,其自身在宣泄高速水流冲击下的安全性尤为重要,也是水垫塘消能防冲研究的关键。水垫塘底板破坏的主要原因是冲击动水压力(冲击压力和脉动压力),即形成向上的上举力,依托阿尔塔什水利枢纽工程左岸泄洪系统,分别对水垫塘底板衬砌出现的最大上举力和不衬砌时底板抗冲刷能力进行水工模型试验,通过试验为选择设计方案提供数据支撑,提出采用水垫塘底板衬砌的设计方案。As a protective structure for energy dissipation of downstream riverbed,plunge pool is particularly important for its safety against impact of high-speed water flow and is also the key to energy dissipation and scouring prevention of plunge pool.The main reason for the destruction of the bottom plate of plunge pool is the upward lift caused by the impact hydrodynamic pressure.In this paper,based on the left bank flood discharge system of Altash Hydropower Project,hydraulic model tests are carried out on the maximum uplift force of the bottom slab lining of plunge pool and the anti-scouring capacity of the bottom slab without lining.The test provides data support for the selection of design scheme and the design scheme of bottom slab lining of plunge pool is put forward.
