摘 要:根据某水利枢纽工程发电引水系统布置特点,同时结合外委科研单位对发电引水系统水力过渡过程的分析成果,该电站需设置调压室或采取相应的调保措施,以保证工程安全运行。从而拟定:①设置调压井+增大机组转动惯量;②增大机组转动惯量;③设置调压阀等方案进行分析论证,最终采用设置调压阀方案,可实现8s直线关闭规律,机组转速上升率和蜗壳压力上升均能满足设计要求,并有一定的安全裕度。According to the layout characteristics of power generation and water diversion system of the project and combined with the analysis results of the scientific research institutes of the foreign Commission on the hydraulic transition process of power generation and water diversion system,the surge chamber should be set or the corresponding regulation and protection measures should be taken to ensure the safe operation of the project.In this paper,the schemes of setting surge shaft+increasing unit moment of inertia,increasing unit moment of inertia and setting surge valve are analyzed and demonstrated.Finally,the scheme of setting surge valve is adopted.It can realize 8s straight-line closing rule.The speed rise rate and pressure rise of spiral case of the unit can meet the design requirements and have a certain safety margin.
