摘  要:锦屏二级水电站建成运行以来,电站实际运行中产生了部分工程泥沙问题。主要表现为进水口附近河段淤积较严重,拦沙坎外淤积已经达到甚至超过拦沙坎顶高程;部分粗沙翻过拦沙坎,淤积在拦污栅前;部分粗沙进入引水隧洞,集渣坑淤积严重,引水隧洞部分洞段底部有磨损,并且对发电运行产生一定的影响。因此为了电站及其机组发电运行的安全,急需对底板磨损最严重的3号引水隧洞进行修复施工。通过底板混凝土凿除、环氧混凝土回填、环氧砂浆回填等施工工艺,安全、优质完成了各项既定目标,为电厂安全生产、稳发满发做出了突出贡献。Since the completion and operation of Jinping Ⅱ Hydropower Station,some sediment problems have arisen in the actual operation of the station.The main manifestation is that the reach near the intake is heavily silted,and the silting outside the silt retaining sill has reached or even exceeded the silt retaining sill crest elevation.Some of the coarse sand has turned over the sill and deposited in front of the trash rack.Some coarse sand enters the diversion tunnel,and the sludge collection pit is heavily silted.Some sections of the diversion tunnel have abrasion at the bottom,which has a certain impact on power generation operation.Therefore,it is urgent to repair and construct No.3 diversion tunnel with the most worn floor plate for the safety of power generation operation of the power plant and its units.Construction techniques such as bottom slab concrete chipping,epoxy concrete backfilling and epoxy mortar backfilling have accomplished various established goals safely and with high quality,and have made outstanding contributions to the safe production and steady development of the power plant.
