摘  要:针对灯泡贯流式机组低水头无法运行、额定水头附近出力不足、整体稳定性差等现状,经技术经济分析后,某厂通过水轮机转轮、转轮室、内导水环等部件的技术改造,有效扩展了水轮机低水头的运行范围;同时,其主要部件在全水头范围内振摆数据得到改善,额定水头附近的出力不足问题得到了彻底解决,极大地提升了电厂的综合效益。At present,there are some problems existing in a plant,such as low head of bulb tubular unit can not operate,insufficient output near rated head,poor overall stability,etc.After technical and economic analysis,the operation range of low water head of the turbine has been effectively extended through technical modification of turbine runner,runner chamber,inner water guide ring and other components.At the same time,the oscillation data of its main components in the whole head range are improved,and the problem of insufficient output near the rated head is thoroughly solved,which greatly improves the comprehensive benefit of the power plant.
