摘  要:以灯泡贯流式机组主要振动测点数值为限制条件,结合测试结果,分析了不同机组、不同工况下水导轴承X向水平振动的差异。针对该型号机组高水头区间稳定性普遍优于低水头段的实际,综合考虑各水头区间的水轮机效率分布特征,从限制有功、导叶开度方面对各水头下机组的稳定运行区间进行了划分,并对高水头下的开机顺序进行优化探讨。Taking the main vibration measuring point values of bulb tubular unit as limit conditions and combining with test results,this paper analyzed the difference of X-direction horizontal vibration of water guide bearing under different units and conditions.In view of the fact that the stability of high head section is generally better than that of low head section for this type of unit,considering the distribution characteristics of turbine efficiency in each head section comprehensively,the stable operation intervals of units under each head are divided from the aspects of limiting active power and guide blade opening,and the start-up sequence under high head is optimized and discussed.
