思茅区农村人畜饮水工程建设管理存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：安全饮水是人类的基本需求,事关广大人民群众的生命安全、身体健康和生活幸福,也是农村经济社会可持续发展的重要保障。农村饮水是重要的民生工程,深受各级党委政府高度重视。为解决农村饮水问题,从2006年起中央开始实施农村饮水安全工程,通过实施农村饮水解困、饮水安全和饮水安全巩固提升工程建设,现行标准下农村饮水安全实现全覆盖。十余年来,思茅区农村饮水安全工作取得了很大成效,但由于受农村供水工程建设标准低、历史欠账多等因素影响,思茅区农村供水保障水平仍处在初级阶段,抗御自然灾害的能力还不强,与乡村振兴、农村居民对美好生活的向往还有差距,工作中也确实存在着一些亟待解决的困难。Safe drinking water is the basic demand of human beings,which concerns the life safety,health and happiness of the broad masses of the people,and is also an important guarantee for the sustainable development of rural economy and society.Rural drinking water is an important livelihood project and is highly valued by Party committees and governments at all levels.In order to solve the rural drinking water problem,the central government has implemented the rural drinking water safety project since 2006.Through the implementation of rural drinking water hydrolysis difficulties,drinking water safety and drinking water safety to consolidate and improve the project construction,rural drinking water safety under the current standards to achieve full coverage.Over the past ten years,great achievements have been made in rural drinking water safety in Simao District.However,due to such factors as low construction standard of rural water supply project and many historical debts,the guarantee level of rural water supply in Simao District is still in the initial stage.The ability to withstand natural disasters is not strong,and there are still gaps with rural rejuvenation and rural residents'yearning for a better life.There are indeed some difficulties to be solved in their work.
