摘 要:以氧化锌烟灰为原料制备了符合国标要求的饲料级碱式氯化锌,考察了盐酸浸出始酸、温度及时间的影响,确定了浸出、净化、合成的工艺条件。结果表明:盐酸浸出始酸4 mol/L、温度75℃、时间3 h、终点pH=4.5~5.0,锌浸出率可达96.86%,浸出终点前0.5 h加入1 g/L氯化亚铁和10 mL/L双氧水,砷、铁均降至0.0005 g/L以内,采用两段锌粉净化除杂,一段加入0.025 g/L絮凝剂、1 g/L氯化铵、2 g/L锌粉,二段加入1.5 g/L碳酸锶、2 g/L锌粉,镉、铅均可降至0.0001 g/L以下,净化后的溶液在75~80℃下,与氢氧化钠反应4~5 h,终点pH≥6.5,得到饲料级碱式氯化锌产品。The feed grade basic zinc chloride was prepared from zinc oxide fume dusts.The effects of hydrochloric acid leaching temperature and time were investigated,the technological conditions of leaching,purification and synthesis were determined.The results showed that the leaching rate of zinc was 96.86%under the conditions of primicacid 4 mol/L,temperature 75℃,time 3 h,terminal pH 4.5~5.0.Arsenic and iron were reduced to less than 0.0005 g/L that 1 g/L iron dichloride and 10 mL/L hydrogen peroxide were added 0.5 h before the end of leaching.Secondary purification of zinc powder was used for purification and impurity removal that 1 g/L ammonium chloride,0.025 g/L flocculant and 2 g/L zinc powders were added in the first stage,and 1.5 g/L strontium carbonate and 2 g/L zinc powders were added in the second stage.Both cadmium and lead could be reduced to less than 0.0001 g/L.The purified solution was reacted with sodium hydroxide at 75~80℃and stirred continuously for 4~5 h until the final pH was 6.5 to obtain feed-grade basic zinc chloride.
