摘　　要：文章介绍了反射炉的进料方式及存在的问题,对反射炉进料系统结构进行了优化,并且与现有反射炉进料系统结构作了对比分析。实践证明,对反射炉进料系统的结构优化,可有效延长反射炉的炉龄,从而进一步提高反射炉冶炼的效率。同时结合某厂的实际情况进行了效益分析。The feeding mode and existing problems of the reverberatory furnace were introduced.The feeding system structure of the reverberatory furnace was optimized,and compared with that of the existing reverberatory furnace.Practice has proved that the optimization of the feed system structure of the reverberatory furnace can effectively prolong the furnace life,so as to further improve the smelting effciency of the reverberatory furnace.At the same time,the benefit analysis is carried ont based on the actral situation of a factory.
