摘  要:为测量砷铁合金中铁量,砷铁合金经王水熔样,高氯酸冒烟除硫,加盐酸溶解盐类,加高氯酸、氢溴酸冒烟除,砷,经氨水氯化铵分离,用盐酸溶解沉淀,以二氯化锡还原至浅黄色,钨酸钠作指示剂,加三氯化钛使溶液为蓝色,加重铬酸钾标准溶液(不计读数)使蓝色退去,加入硫-磷混酸,以二苯胺磺酸钠为指示剂,用重铬酸钾标准溶液滴定至紫色为终点。方法精密度(RSD)在1%以内,加标回收率在98.9%~101.0%之间,结果准确、稳定。In order to measure iron content in arsenic iron alloy,The arsenic-iron alloy was fused with aqua regia,smoked with perchloric acid to remove sulfur,added hydrochloric acid to dissolve salts,added with perchloric acid and hydrobromic acid to remove arsenic,separated by ammonia water and ammonium chloride,dissolved and precipitated with hydrochloric acid,and reduced to light yellow with tin dichloride,sodium tungstate was used as an indicator,titanium trichloride was added to make the solution blue,and potassium chromate standard solution(not counting the reading)was added to make the blue disappear,then added sulfur-phosphorus mixed acid,used potassium dichromate standard solution to titrate to purple as the end point with the indicator of sodium diphenylamine sulfonate.The precision RSD of the method was within 1%,and the recovery rate of standard addition was between 98.9%and 101.0%.The results were accurate and stable.
