摘　　要：中华新文化是中华优秀传统文化、革命文化及社会主义先进文化三者的有机融合和创新发展,是中国特色社会主义文化的新形态,将指引“第二个百年奋斗目标”的实践与实现。新时代建构中华新文化要搭建起新时代建构中华新文化的核心线索,实现中华新文化与中华优秀传统文化、革命文化及社会主义先进文化的深层次互动,为新时代建构中华新文化提供内生资源,不断赋予中华文化新的内涵,推动新时代在传承与发展中建构中华新文化,为所创造的人类文明新形态提供新的内涵,打开新的格局,以及全民族文化自信的确立。Chinese new culture is viewed as the organic integration and innovative development involving Chinese excellent traditional culture,revolutionary culture and advanced socialist culture.It is a new form of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics and will guide the practice and realization of the “Second Centenary Goal”.In the new era,Chinese new culture should build up core clues of constructing Chinese new culture in the new era,realizes the deep interaction of Chinese culture with Chinese excellent traditional culture,revolutionary culture and advanced socialist culture,and provide the endogenous resources for constructing Chinese new culture in the new era,constantly add new connotations to the Chinese culture,construct Chinese new culture in the inheritance and development,provide new connotations for creating a new form of human civilization,open a new pattern,and build cultural confidence of the whole nation.
