摘　　要：消化道结核(gastrointestinal tuberculosis,GITB)是肺外结核(extrapulmonary tuberculosis,EPTB)的一种常见形式,结核病变可累及消化道的任何部位。由于临床表现可能与其他消化系统疾病或恶性肿瘤的症状相似,内镜和组织学病理表现常显示非特异性炎症改变,因此其诊断具有挑战性。笔者对消化道结核临床及内镜特征的国内外研究进展进行综述,以提高临床医师对此类疾病的认识,避免误诊漏诊。Gastrointestinal tuberculosis(GITB)is one of the common forms of extrapulmonary tuberculosis(EPTB),and can affect any part of the digestive tract.Diagnosis is challenging since the clinical manifestations may be similar with other digestive diseases or malignancies,and endoscopy and histology generally show non-specific inflammatory alterations.We reviewed the research progress in China and abroad on the clinical and endoscopic characteristics of gastrointestinal tuberculosis,to raise awareness of clinicians on such diseases to avoid misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
