摘 要:为了得到适用于重交通公路水泥混凝土路面的混凝土最优配合比,在综合考虑水泥混凝土的工作性和强度性能的基础上,采用311-A最优混合设计法对配合比设计进行优化,并系统地研究了水灰比、粉煤灰替代率、砂率3个因素对混凝土性能的影响。根据所构建的混凝土28 d抗压强度(Y_(1))、28 d弯拉强度(Y_(2))与各因素之间的关系模型,综合考虑路面工程造价确定最佳配合比。结果表明,最优混合设计法应用于配合比设计中具有工作量小、数据处理简单等优点,所得到的重交通公路水泥混凝土工程造价低且满足工程要求。In order to obtain the optimal mix ratio of concrete suitable for heavy traffic highway cement concrete pavement,the 311-A optimum mixed design method was used to design the mix ratio and to systematically study the influence of water-cement ratio,fly-ash replacement ratio and sand ratio on the performance of concrete,based on the comprehensive consideration of the workability and strength performance of cement concrete.According to the 28-day compressive strength(Y_(1))and bending tensile strength(Y_(2)),the best mix proportion was determined by considering the cost of pavement engineering.The results show that the optimal mixed design have the advantages of less workload and simple data processing in mix ratio design.The obtained cement concrete for heavy traffic highway has low cost and could meet the engineering requirements.
