摘 要:为解决沥青阻燃剂与沥青之间因相溶性差而引起的温拌阻燃沥青贮存稳定性差和路用性能不良等问题,采用钛酸酯对低烟型复合阻燃剂(BPN)进行表面活化处理,制得基于表面活化改性的复合阻燃抑烟剂BPN-TiC,进而通过高速剪切制得(BPN-TiC)温拌阻燃沥青,并确定了BPN-TiC的合理用量。通过离析试验测试BPN-TiC温拌阻燃沥青和BPN温拌阻燃沥青在163℃条件下贮存不同时间后上下层的软化点差值,对二者的贮存稳定性进行评价。在此基础上,分别测试2种温拌阻燃沥青的烟密度、极限氧指数及低温延度,分析表面改性对温拌阻燃沥青燃烧特性和路用性能的影响。结果表明:BPN-TiC的最佳用量为沥青质量分数6.0%;BPN-TiC的加入尽管引起了温拌阻燃沥青低温延度和弹性恢复的下降,但显著提升了温拌阻燃沥青的阻燃性、抑烟性和贮存稳定性;通过钛酸酯偶联剂的表面改性对阻燃沥青的阻燃性、抑烟性及热稳定性影响甚微,但可有效改善沥青阻燃剂与沥青之间的界面相容性,并由此显著提升了温拌阻燃沥青的贮存稳定性、低温延度及其他路用性能。In order to solve the problems such as bad storage stability and pavement performance caused by intermiscibility between flame retardant and asphalt,the titanate was used to activate the surface of low smoke composite flame retardant(BPN),and a new type of composite flame retardant(BPN-TiC)was prepared.Then BPN-TiC warm-mixed flame retardant asphalt was prepared by high speed shearing,and the best dosage of BPN-TiC was determined.The storage stability of BPN-TiC and BPN warm-mixed flame retardant asphalt was evaluated by difference of softening point between upper and lower layers after stored at 163℃for different time through the segregation test.On this basis,the oxygen index,smoke density and low temperature ductility of the two kinds of warm-mixed flame retardant asphalt were tested respectively,and the influence of surface modification on combustion characteristics and road performance of the warm-mixed flame retardant asphalt was analyzed.The results show that the reasonable dosage of BPN-TiC is 6.0%,and the addition of BPN-TiC resultes in a decrease in low-temperature ductility and elasticity recovery of warm mixed flame retardant asphalt.But the flame retardancy,smoke suppression and storage stability of warm mixed flame retardant asphalt are significantly improved.The surface modification process by titanate coupling agent has little substantial effect on the flame retardancy,smoke suppression and thermal stability of flame retardant asphalt,but it can effectively improve the interfacial compatibility between composite flame retardant BPN and asphalt,and thus significantly improve the storage stability,low temperature elongation and other pavement performance of BPN-TiC warm mixed flame retardant asphalt.
