摘 要:为了利用线迹缝制智能服装电路传输线实现服装智能化,将镀银导电线在针织面料上进行不同线迹的缝纫,测试和分析了所形成电路传输线的电阻值和拉伸性能。结果表明:在602线迹中,全部使用导电线缝制的电路传输线电阻值最小,而线迹的缝线消耗量最高;利用602和605线迹缝制的电路传输线电阻值在伸长率小于40%时变化不大,而利用301、401线迹缝制的电路传输线电阻值在伸长率超过5%后显著增加;不同线迹的缝纫方式能一定程度地提高面料的断裂伸长率,对面料的透气性没有显著影响。In order to use sewing stitches as signal transmission line for smart clothing,different types of stitches were sewed on the knitted fabric with silver-coated conductive thread.The resistance and tensile properties of the sewing stitch tracks were tested and analyzed.The results show that the resistance value of the 602 stitch track is the lowest when conductive threads are applied in all needles,while the thread consumption ratio is the highest.The resistance values of 602 and 605 stitch tracks do not change when the knitted fabric is stretched less than 40%,while the resistance values of 301 and 401 stitch tracks increase significantly after stretching over 5%.Sewing with different stitches can improve the breaking elongation of the fabric.There is no significant effect on the air permeability of the fabric.
