摘　　要：本文设计了一种以S3C2410处理器及嵌入式Linux操作系统为核心的网络视频监控系统。客户通过客户端应用程序经过网络访问该系统,系统将摄像头采集到的实时现场视频信息以流媒体的形式传输给客户端,从而完成对现场进行实时监视的功能,同时系统可根据现场情况给出控制信息来选定目标跟踪功能;系统具有实时性高、扩展性强的特点。This paper designed a network video surveillance system with S3C2410 processor and embedded Linux operating system as the core.The client accesses the system from the network through the client application programme,and the system transmits the real-time live video information collected by the camera to the client in the form of streaming media,thereby completing the function of real-time monitoring of the scene.Meanwhile,the system can select target tracking function according to the control information given on site.The system has the characteristics of high real-time performance and strong expansibility.
