摘 要:采用超音速火焰喷涂(HVOF)技术,在螺杆泵转子基材45钢表面分别制备WC-12Co和WC-10Co-4Cr涂层,并利用SEM、EDS、XRD及显微硬度计等手段,表征了涂层的微观形貌、孔隙率、相结构和维氏硬度.在摩擦磨损试验和电化学试验基础上,探讨了涂层磨损和腐蚀机理.研究结果表明:WC-12Co涂层和WC-10Co-4Cr涂层组织结构致密,孔隙率分别为0.58%和0.48%,平均维氏硬度分别为1385.87 HV_(0.3)和1268.62 HV_(0.3),磨损量分别为基体的19.5%和21.8%,WC-12Co涂层耐磨性最优;两种涂层磨损机制均为轻微的磨粒磨损,而基体以磨粒磨损为主,黏着磨损为辅;WC-12Co和WC-10Co-4Cr涂层的腐蚀电流密度分别为基体的21.1%和12.8%;WC-10Co-4Cr涂层电荷转移电阻最大,可见Cr氧化物所形成的钝化膜使WC-10Co-4Cr涂层的抗腐蚀性最佳;两种涂层均在WC与金属黏结相之间发生微电偶腐蚀,导致黏结相溶解和部分WC颗粒脱落,腐蚀产物起到保护涂层作用.The WC-12Co and WC-10Co-4Cr coatings were deposited on the surface of screw pump rotor substrate(45 steel)by high velocity oxygen fuel(HVOF)technology.The micro-morphology,porosity,phase structure and Vickers hardness of the coatings were characterized by SEM,EDS,XRD and microhardness tester.The wear and corrosion mechanisms of the coating were discussed based on friction and wear test and electrochemical test.The results show that the microstructure of WC-12Co coating and WC-10Co-4Cr coating is compact,and the porosity values are 0.58%and 0.48%,respectively.The average Vickers hardness values are respective 1385.87 HV_(0.3)and 1268.62 HV_(0.3),and the wear mass loss are 19.5%and 21.8%of the substrate,respectively.The wear resistance of WC-12Co coating is better.The wear mechanisms of the two coatings are mild abrasive wear,while the substrate is dominated by abrasive wear and supplemented by adhesive wear.The corrosion current densities of WC-12Co coating and WC-10Co-4Cr coating are 21.1%and 12.8%of that of the substrate,respectively.The passivation film formed by Cr oxide makes the WC-10Co-4Cr coating have good corrosion resistance.Microgalvanic corrosion occurs between WC and metal bonded phase in both coatings,leading to the dissolution of bonded phase and shedding of some WC particles,and the corrosion products can protect the coating.
