摘 要:采用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、核磁共振(^(13)C-NMR)、热分级(SSA)、毛细管流变、动态流变等技术手段研究了国内外3种管材料的结构与性能,并进行分析对比。结果表明:3种管材料在相对分子质量及其分布、共聚单体含量及单体支化链在主链上的分布、片晶厚度都存在明显差异。其中,PE-1管材料的相对分子质量分布较宽,共聚单体含量增高,熔流比大,结构中有长支链,加工性和柔韧性相较于其他两种管材料更优。The structure and properties of three kinds of pipe materials were studied and compared by gel permeation chromatography(GPC),nuclear magnetic resonance(^(13)C NMR),thermal fractionation(SSA),capillary rheology,dynamic rheology and etc.The results showed that there was obvious difference in the three pipe materials,such as molecular weight and its distribution,comonomer content,the distribution of monomer branched chain in the main chain and the lamella thickness.Among the three material,PE-1 tube materials had wider molecular weight distribution,higher comonomer content and higher melt flow ratio,it had long branch chains in the molecular structure,and its machinability and flexibility was better than the other two kinds of pipe materials.
