溶剂脱沥青装置扩能改造运行情况分析

摘　　要：针对中国石化镇海炼化分公司0.6 Mt/a溶剂脱沥青装置运行时间长,且部分设备运行不良及管线出现腐蚀减薄的问题,分析了将原料改为减压渣油+未转化油,且加工量由原来的60 t/h提高至80 t/h的工艺条件及设备情况,由原装置抽提器、DAO汽提塔、低压溶剂系统检修、改造后的标定数据可知:改造后的装置运行良好,取得了良好的改造效果。In view of the problems of the 0.6 Mt/a solvent deasphalting unit of SINOPEC Zhenhai Refining&Chemical Branch Company,such as long operation time,poor operation of some equipment,corrosion and thinning of pipelines,the process conditions and equipment situation of changing the raw material to vacuum residue&unconverted oil and increasing the processing capacity from the original 60 t/h to 80 t/h were analyzed.According to the calibration data after overhaul of the extractor,DAO stripper and low pressure solvent system of the original unit,it can be seen that the unit after transformation runs well and good effect is achieved.
