摘　　要：由仪器法、国标法对标准样品进行不同量程测定的BOD_(5)值的试验结果表明:BODTrak^(TM)Ⅱ分析测定仪完全可以满足日常化工污水的分析要求。仪器法的优点是准确度高、精密度好、操作简单、自动化程度高,测定期间随时可以关注分析结果,适合大批量样品测定。因此,该方法不仅为研究不同种类的化工污水的可生化性提供数据支持,同时达到了提高劳动效率、降低劳动强度的目的。BOD_(5) values of standard samples are measured in different ranges by mesns of instrumental method and national standard method.The results show that,BODTrak^(TM) Ⅱ tester can fully meet the analysis requirements of daily chemical wastewater.The instrumental method has the advantages of high accuracy,good precision,simple operation and high degree of automation,analysis results can be concerned at any time during the determination,which is suitable for the determination of large quantities of samples.Therefore,this method not only provides data support for the study of the biodegradability of different types of chemical wastewater,but also achieves the purpose of improving labor efficiency and reducing labor intensity.
