摘　　要：浓缩血小板制品是全血经离心提取出来的含高浓度血小板、纤维蛋白和白蛋白的浓缩液,释放出的大量生长因子能够抑制炎症发生、加快烧伤创面的愈合速度并提高愈合质量。但其对烧伤后瘢痕形成的作用尚不完全清楚,本文就浓缩血小板制品与创面修复关系、影响烧伤瘢痕形成机制、不同烧伤创面运用时对瘢痕的影响做一综述,旨在为临床烧伤瘢痕治疗提供依据。Platelet concentrate products are concentrated solutions containing high concentrations of platelets,fibrin and albumin extracted from whole blood by centrifugation.A large amount of growth factors released by concentrated platelet products can inhibit inflammation,accelerate the healing speed and improve the quality of burn wounds.However,the effect platelet concentrate products on burn scar is not completely clear.In this paper,the relationship between platelet concentrate products and wound repair,the mechanism of platelet concentrate products affecting the formation of burn scars,and the effects of platelet concentrate products on scars derived from different burn wounds were reviewed in order to provide a basis for clinical burn scar treatment.
