摘　　要：外墙板作为钢结构装配式住宅的主要围护部品,对工程质量和建筑舒适性具有重要影响。文章分类了目前钢结构装配式住宅常用的外墙板,概述了各类墙板的构造组成及特点,并结合工程应用现状对比分析了各类墙板的适用性。在此基础上,调研了墙板的国内外研究现状,分析了各类墙板在研究中存在的问题,提出一种新型复合保温外墙板:装配式加气混凝土复合保温外墙板,其具有热工性能优良、自重轻、连接构造简单等优点,能充分发挥钢结构装配式建筑自重轻、承载力高、抗震性能好的优势。结合我国钢结构装配式住宅的发展前景,展望了其配套墙板的研究方向。As the main assembling member of the steel structure assembling residence,the exterior wallboard has an important influence on the construction quality and building comfort.This paper classifies the exterior wallboard commonly used in steel structure assembling residence and introduces the structure composition and characteristics of all kinds of wallboard.It compares and analyzes the applicability of all kinds of wallboard according to the present situation of engineering application.On this basis,the paper investigates the research status of the wallboard at home and abroad,analyzes the problems existing in the research of all kinds of wallboard,and puts forward a new type of composite insulation exterior wallboard—assembling aerated concrete composite insulation exterior wallboard.The wallboard is featured by a good thermal performance,light deadweight,simple connection structure and so on,which can give full use of the advantages of light deadweight,high bearing capacity and good seismic performance of steel structure assembling building.Finally,combined with the development prospect of steel structure assembling residence in China,this paper gives prospect to the research direction of its matching wallboard.
