摘  要:工业用地更新和再利用不仅涉及物质空间的重新规划,而且关系到社会生活、环境和文化的各个方面,城市工业用地更新改造和再生设计是促进区域经济可持续发展、延续精神文脉的重要途径和方法。文章以广州珠江啤酒总厂为研究对象,通过对厂区的区位、发展现状的分析,阐明了其在发展模式、发展思路以及空间品质等方面存在的问题,以重塑场地格局、重构公共空间、重现工业记忆为核心设计理念,在场地改造、公共空间更新、工艺流程展示设计以及建筑单体活化再利用等方面提出了适宜于厂区地块更新改造的设计策略,重塑其城市形象,促进区域经济复兴。The renewal of industrial land is not only related to the replanning of physical space,but also to all aspects of social life,environment and culture.The renewal and regeneration of urban industrial land is an important way and method to promote the sustainable development of regional economy and the continuation of spiritual context.This paper takes Guangzhou Zhujiang brewery as the research object and clarifies the problems related to excessive development modes,the deterioration of development ideas and the urgent need to improve the quality of space through the analysis of its location and development history.With the core design concept of reshaping site pattern,reconstructing public space and reproducing industrial memory,the paper puts forward a design strategy suitable for the renovation of the factory site in terms of site reconstruction,public space renewal,technological process exhibition and adaptive reuse of single building,which reshapes its urban image and promotes regional economic revitalization.
