摘 要:采用有机胺沉淀法,在一定温度下向硫酸镍溶液中加入有机胺,反应后将溶液过滤,并将得到的固体进行洗涤和干燥,成功制备出球形氢氧化镍,并利用X射线衍射分析、扫描电子显微镜分析、粒度分析对其晶体结构、微观形貌、粉体性能进行表征。实验结果表明:在适宜的反应条件下所得球型氢氧化镍颗粒粒度与形貌均符合国家标准。所提出的有机胺沉淀法制备球形氢氧化镍,所得产品粒度均一,分散性良好,同时具有独特的微观形貌,符合锂离子电池正极活性材料的要求。而且该方法大量减少了氢氧化钠和氨水的使用,降低了工业生产成本,避免了氨氮废水的产生,对球形氢氧化镍的工业化生产具有一定的参考价值。Spherical nickel hydroxide was successfully prepared by organic amine precipitation method including adding organic amine to nickel sulfate solution at a certain temperature,filtering the solution after reaction,washing and drying the solid.The crystal structure,micro morphology and powder properties of solid precipitate were characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and particle size analysis.The results show that the particle size and morphology of spherical nickel hydroxide particles obtained under appropriate reaction conditions meet the national standard.The spherical nickel hydroxide prepared by organic amine precipitation method proposed in this paper presents uniform particle size,good dispersion,and unique micro morphology,which meets the requirements of cathode active materials for lithium ion batteries.Moreover,this method greatly reduces the amount of sodium hydroxide and ammonia usage,decreases the industrial production cost,avoids the generation of ammonia nitrogen wastewater,which is expected to provide a reference for the industrial production of spherical nickel hydroxide.
