摘  要:对现役海上固定式平台的伴生气进行回收方案设计,通过甲板可用面积和平台可承受重量确定伴生气回收规模,通过规范、安全,以及工程可实施性分析确定外输方式,通过平台可用空间尺寸及吊装能力确定布置方案,通过规范分析和计算校核消防水量,分析典型工艺,对新增伴生气回收装置后的平台采用SACS软件进行结构校核,分析计算结果表明,现役固定式平台宜采用LNG罐箱储运方式进行伴生气回收,适合回收伴生气量约2万m^(3)/d,首选高压引射液化工艺,平台公用消耗和结构能够满足伴生气回收方案设计需求。With regard to the problem of associated gas emission from the existing offshore fixed platform,the recovery scheme was designed.The associated gas recovery scale was determined by the available area of the deck and the allowable weight of the platform.The offloading mode was determined by the analysis of rules,safety and engineering feasibility.The arrangement scheme was designed by the size of the available space and lifting capacity of the platform.The fire water volume was checked in light of rules.The typical process was analyzed.The strength of the platform including the new associated gas recovery unit was assessed by SACS.The results showed that the existing fixed platform should adopt the storage and transportation mode of LNG tank container for associated gas recovery,which is suitable for recovering about 20000 m^(3) of associated gas per day.The high-pressure injection liquefaction process is preferred,and the public consumption and structure of the platform can meet the design requirements of associated gas recovery scheme.
