摘  要:针对某铜制同步器齿环热精锻成形过程中成形缺陷、材料利用率低和成形载荷大的问题,提出一套基于灰色关联分析的齿环热精锻成形工艺参数多目标优化设计方法。采用中心复合实验方法以坯料内径、坯料高度、成形温度和下压速度为设计变量进行实验设计,以锻造缺陷及充填性、内飞边体积、外飞边半径和最大成形载荷为优化目标,应用灰色关联分析和熵值法将多目标问题转化为关于灰色关联度的单目标优化问题,建立灰色关联度与各工艺参数的响应面模型。通过对模型进行寻优获得最优工艺参数组合,并进行模拟与实际验证,结果表明:该优化方法得到的工艺参数组合可以保证齿环热精锻无锻造缺陷、充填饱满,同时提高材料利用率、降低成形载荷。To solve the problem of copper synchronizer ring occurred during the hot precision process such as forging defects,low material utilization and large forming load,a multi-objective optimization method based on Grey Relational Analysis(GRA)was introduced to optimize the process parameters.The central composite experiment method was used for the experimental design in which the design variables were the inner diameter of billet,the height of billet,the forming temperature and the pressing speed.Taking the forging defects and filling,the volume of inner flash,the radius of outer flash and the maximum forming load as the optimization goals,GRA and the entropy method were employed to transform the multi-objective problem into a single-objective optimization problem based on Grey Relational Degrees(GRD)and the corresponding Response Surface Model(RSM)was constructed.The combination of optimal process parameters was obtained by calculating the model.The numerical simulation and actual production were carried out using the combination of optimal process parameters to verify its rationality.The results showed that the combination of optimal process parameters could ensure the product quality after hot precision forging without any forging defects,and could also enhance the material utilization rate and reduce the forming load.
