摘 要:以市场需求信号实现的时间点为界,将整个生产周期分为高炉—转炉炼钢和电炉炼钢两个生产阶段,构建整个生产周期利润最大化为目标的优化模型;分析了碳限额与交易政策、碳税政策下考虑市场需求更新的钢铁生产决策;最后,通过算例分析电炉炼钢生产成本、碳价、碳税和低市场信号出现概率对最优生产量、利润和碳排放量的影响。研究结果表明:降低电炉炼钢生产成本和碳价都有利于钢铁企业提高废钢利用比;钢铁企业可基于市场需求信息灵活调节高炉—转炉炼钢和电炉炼钢工艺,以实现资源的有效分配,若市场需求信号较高,则同时采用两种炼钢方式,反之,只采用第一阶段的高炉—转炉炼钢生产。在环保转型趋势下,研究结果为钢铁企业跟随下游行业的动态需求,在最大化企业盈利的同时积极推进绿色钢铁提供了理论指导和决策支持。According to the time of demand signal realized,a single period was divided into Blast Furnace-Basic Oxygen Furnace(BF-BOF)steelmaking and Electric Arc Furnace(EAF)steelmaking two stages.An optimization model that considered the whole remanufacturing process was proposed to maximize the profit.The effects of EAF steelmaking cost,carbon price,carbon tax and the probability of low market signal on the optimal production quantity,total profit and total carbon emissions were analyzed by some numerical examples.The result showed that lower EAF steelmaking cost and carbon price would be conducive to improving the utilization ratio of scrap for the iron and steel enterprise.Iron and steel enterprise could flexibly adjust BF-BOF steelmaking and EAF steelmaking based on the market demand information to realize the effective allocation of resources.When the demand signal was high,two different steelmaking processes were adopted by the enterprise.On the other hand,the enterprise only adopted BF-BOF steelmaking to organize production.Under the trend of environmental protection and transformation,the proposed method might guide iron and steel enterprise in following the dynamic demand of downstream industries and promote green iron and steel while maximizing the profits.
