摘  要:针对某化工企业制塑污水水质成分复杂、副产物多、氨氮含量高等特点,分别选择双级A/O生化池工艺和卡鲁塞尔氧化沟工艺、固氮脱碳氮滤池工艺和BAF工艺,经过对比,生化段采用水解酸化+双级A/O工艺,深度处理段采用臭氧氧化+固氮脱碳氮滤池工艺,更适合本案例制塑化工污水。以双级A/O生化池和固氮脱碳氮滤池作为核心工艺,并对工艺流程、参数、处理效果进行了分析,出水水质指标稳定达标,工艺应用选择合理。The application of wastewater treatment technology was studied by taking the chemical wastewater produced by a chemical enterprise producing 500,000 tons of engineering plastics annually as the background case.According to the characteristics of complex composition,many by-products and high ammonia nitrogen content of the wastewater,two-stage A/O biochemical pond process,Carrousel oxidation ditch process,nitrogen fixation and decarburization nitrogen filter process and BAF process were selected respectively.By contrast,the biochemical section used hydrolytic acidification+two-stage A/O process,and the advanced treatment section adopted ozone oxidation+nitrogen fixation and nitrogen decarbonization filter process,which was more suitable for the plastic chemical wastewater in this case.The two-stage A/O biochemical tank and nitrogen fixation and decarbonization nitrogen filter were taken as the core process,and the process flow,parameters,treatment effect and analysis were carried out.The effluent quality index reached the standard stably,and the process application was reasonable.
