摘 要:由于商用车气制动系统响应时间对整车制动性能有直接影响,目前各主机厂主要通过台架或整车试验进行响应时间优化,该方法周期长、成本高,且对影响因素覆盖不全面。针对这些问题,文中利用AMESim搭建气制动系统模型,对其主要影响因素进行了仿真分析,通过对比分析找出影响制动系统响应时间的关键因素,进而得到最优方案,大大提高响应速度,缩短开发周期。As the response time of pneumatic brake system for commercial vehicles has a direct impact on the braking performance of the whole vehicle.At present,the main engine manufacturers mainly optimize the response time through bench or vehicle test.This method has long cycle,high cost and incomplete coverage of influencing factors.To solve this problem,AMESim was used to build the pneumatic brake system model,and the main influencing factors were simulated and analyzed.Through comparative analysis,the key factors affecting the response time of the brake system were found out.The optimal scheme is obtained,which greatly improves the market response speed,and shortens development cycle.
