摘  要:基于ABAQUS分析软件,对某款塑料燃油箱系统进行了内压变形模拟,获得了燃油箱在内部压力下的变形量。同时,为了验证模拟结果的可靠性,文中对该燃油箱进行了相同工况下的内压变形性能试验,获得了燃油箱实测的变形量。结果表明:内压变形模拟与试验的变形量的变化趋势一致,且误差较小、模拟精度高,从而缩短开发周期,降低研发成本。Based on the ABAQUS,the inner pressure deformation simulation of plastic fuel tank system was performed to obtain the simulation displacement of the fuel tank.At the same time,the inner pressure deformation test of the plastic fuel tank system was performed with working conditions to verify the reliability of the simulation results and obtains the measured deformation of the fuel tank.The result shows that the variation trend of inner pressure deformation simulation is consistent with that of the test,with small error and high simulation accuracy.So the inner pressure deformation simulation can shorten the development period,and reduce the research cost.
