摘  要:印染废水的盐度高,导致普通微生物的处理效率降低。从印染废水的活性污泥中富集偶氮染料降解菌群,为高盐印染废水的生物处理提供数据支持及技术参考。采用富集的方法获得一个嗜盐菌群,采用高通量测序方法测定其群落结构,采用培养实验分析其最佳降解条件,用紫外-可见光扫描分析了其降解机理。结果表明,该菌群在5%的盐度下,使100 mg/L的酸性大红GR在20 h内脱色。菌群主要由海细菌属、卓贝尔氏菌和肠球菌等组成。最佳脱色条件是:pH=7,乳糖为碳源,尿素或氯化铵作为氮源,盐度为5%。紫外-可见光扫描的结果表明酸性大红GR被降解为小分子芳香族化合物。此外,该菌群还能脱色酸性大红GR和酸性紫等多种偶氮染料。该菌群凭借其良好的偶氮染料降解能力和较强的环境适应性,为高盐印染废水的处理提供了理论依据和可利用的微生物资源。The high salinity of textile wastewater resulted in low decolorization efficiency of common microorganisms. Azo dye degradation bacteria were enriched from activated sludge of textile wastewater to provide data support and technical reference for the biological treatment of high salinity textile wastewater. A halophilic bacterial community was obtained by enrichment method.The community structure was determined by high-throughput sequencing method. The optimal degradation conditions were analyzed by culture experiment, and the degradation mechanism was analyzed by UV-visible light scanning. The results showed that the bacterial consortium could decolorize 100 mg/L acid red GR within 20 h at a salinity of 5%. The bacterial consortium mainly consists ofMarinobacterium,ZobellellaandEnterococcu. The optimal decolorization conditions are pH = 7, lactose as carbon source, urea or ammonium chloride as nitrogen source, and salinity of 5%. The results of UV-vis spectra showed that the acid scarlet GR was degraded into small molecular aromatic compounds. In addition, the bacteria can decolorize acid scarlet GR and other azo dyes. By virtue of its good ability of degrading azo dyes and strong environmental adaptability, the bacterial consortium provides a theoretical basis and available microbial resources for the treatment of high salinity textile wastewater.
