摘  要:锅炉作为重要的热能动力设备,其排放的废气对环境空气质量造成的污染影响不容忽视。为了严格控制锅炉大气污染物排放,巩固燃煤锅炉淘汰及改造成果,四川省开展了锅炉大气污染物排放标准制订研究工作。研究主要采用了调研及数据统计的方法,对国内地方排放标准、四川省空气质量状况、四川省锅炉使用及排放现状、燃气锅炉低氮燃烧技术等进行了分析,提出制订标准的主要思路:根据经济发展程度、人口聚集程度、空气质量状况及环境管理要求,将全省划分为三类区域;每个区域按照高污染燃料禁燃区内、外分别制订大气污染物排放限值。希望通过标准的制订和实施,为环境管理工作提供有力推手。Boiler as an important thermal power equipment, its exhaust gas pollution to the environmental air quality can not be ignored. In order to strictly control the emission of air pollutants from boilers and consolidate the achievements in the elimination and transformation of coal-fired boilers, Sichuan has carried out research on formulating emission standard for air pollutants from boilers. By means of investigation and data statistics, this paper analyzed local emission standards in China, air quality and the present situation of boilers in Sichuan, low NOx combustion technologies for gas-fired boilers, put forward the main ideas of formulating emission standards: based on economic development level, population density level, air quality status and environmental management requirements, the province is divided into three types of regions;in each region, the air pollutant emission limits shall be set separately according to the inside and outside of the high-polluted fuel forbidden area. It is hoped that the formulation and implementation of the standards will provide a powerful impetus for environmental management.
