摘  要:基于北部太湖贡湖、梅梁湾、竺山湖2013~2018年湖泛期逐日巡查数据和2013~2018年各月监测数据,采用频率曲线等方法分析了三湖湾溶解氧(DO)和pH的时空变化特征,利用相关分析法探讨了水体富营养化对DO和pH的可能影响。研究结果表明:(1)湖泛期多年平均DO竺山湖(7.41mg/L)<梅梁湾(8.62mg/L)<贡湖(8.80mg/L),但在P≥95%时,竺山湖的DO浓度往往更高;三湖湾DO日浓度的年际变化均不明显,但P≥95%频率区间的年际变化幅度较P<95%的更大;三湖湾DO日浓度的年内变化在P≤5%与P≥95%时明显大于5%<P<95%,且竺山湖的年内变化显著大于梅梁湾与贡湖;(2)湖泛期多年平均pH竺山湖(8.34)<梅梁湾(8.52)<贡湖(8.54),pH空间差异较小;P<95%时的pH年际和年内变化幅度均随频率降低而变大,其中竺山湖的pH年际与年内变化最剧烈,而梅梁湾与贡湖差异较小;pH在P≤5%与P≥95%时年内变化显著增大;(3)叶绿素a与DO仅在蓝藻暴发期有显著的正相关关系,而与pH在全年均有显著的正相关关系;(4)夏季水温较高可能是造成湖湾夏季DO偏低的主要原因,而pH夏季偏高可能主要受蓝藻生长的影响,三湖湾中竺山湖DO和pH年均值最低可能与其湖泛程度最严重有关。研究成果可为太湖北部湖湾的水质安全保护提供依据。Based on the daily inspection data and monthly monitoring data of Gonghu Bay(GH),Meiliang Bay(ML)and Zhushan Bay(ZS)from 2013 to 2018,the temporal and spatial variation characteristics of DO and pH in three bays were analyzed by frequency curve method,and the possible impact of water eutrophication on DO and pH was discussed by correlation analysis method.The results showed that:(1)During the flooding period,the multi-year average DO is ZS(7.41mg/L)<ML(8.62mg/L)<GH(8.80mg/L),but when P≥95%,the DO concentration in ZS tends to be higher.The overall inter-annual variation of the daily DO concentration in the three lake bays is not obvious,but the inter-annual changes in the frequency range of P≥95%are slightly larger than those of P<95%.The annual change of the daily DO concentration in the three lake bays within P≤5%and P≥95%was significantly greater than 5%<P<95%,and the daily change of DO concentration of ZS during the year was significantly greater than that of ML and GH.(2)During the flooding period,the multi-yearaverage pH is ZS(8.34)<ML(8.52)<GH(8.54),the pH spatial difference is small.When P<95%,the inter-annual and intra-annual variation amplitude of pH increased with the decrease of frequency,among which,the inter-annual and intra-annual variation of pH in ZS was the most severe,while the difference between ML and GH was small.The pH of the three bays changed significantly within a year when P≤5%and P≥95%.(3)There was a significant positive correlation between DO and Chl.A in Blue Algae Eruptive Time.pH was positively correlated with Chl.A throughout the year.(4)The high temperature in summer may be the main reason for the low DO in the three bays,while the high pH in summer may be mainly affected by the growth of cyanobacteria.The lowest annual mean values of DO and pH in ZS may be related to the most serious flooding degree of the lake.The research results can provide a basis for the water quality safety protection of the northern Bay of Taihu Lake.
