摘  要:为探讨黄龙带水库浮游生物现状及水质情况,于2021年2—5月对黄龙带水库进行环境流行病学调查采样,分析其浮游生物的种类组成和丰度;通过Shannon-Wiener多样性指数和Pielou均匀度指数对水质进行综合评价。结果表明:本次调查共采集到黄龙带水库浮游植物6门30种,其优势藻类为绿藻门;浮游动物13属15种,以轮虫门为主。浮游植物和浮游动物丰度分别为10.00×10^(5) ind./L和413 ind./L。黄龙带水库浮游生物Shannon-Wiener多样性指数大于3;浮游植物和浮游动物Pielou均匀度指数分别为0.67和0.94。黄龙带水库浮游生物多样性较高,水质综合评价结果为清洁贫营养型。In order to explore the current situation of plankton and water quality of the Huanglongdai Reservoir,an environmental epidemiological investigation of the Huanglongdai Reservoir was conducted from February to May 2021.The species composition and abundance of plankton were analyzed,and the water quality was comprehensively evaluated by using the Shannon-Wiener diversity index and the Pielou evenness index.The results showed that a total of 30 species of phytoplankton belonging to 6 phyla were collected in the Huanglongdai Reservoir,in which the dominant algae was Chlorophyta;13 genera and 15 species of zooplankton were collected,in which Rotifers were the dominant species.The abundance of phytoplankton and zooplankton was 10.00×10^(5)ind./L and 413 ind./L,respectively.The Shannon-Wiener diversity index of plankton was over 3;Pielou evenness index of phytoplankton and zooplankton was 0.67 and 0.94,respectively.The diversity of plankton in the Huanglongdai Reservoir was relatively high,and the comprehensive evaluation result of water quality was clean and oligotrophic type.
