基于HAPA模型护理干预在6~8岁毛细支气管炎患儿中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的观察基于健康行动过程取向(HAPA)模型护理干预在6~8岁毛细支气管炎患儿中的应用效果。方法选取本院2019年4月至2021年1月期间接收的102例6~8岁毛细支气管炎患儿作为研究对象,依据Doll’s临床病例随机表分成两组,两组51例。对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上加用基于HAPA模型护理干预。统计对比两组治疗依从性、家属护理满意度[服务质量量表(SERVQUAL)]以及干预前后生活质量[少儿主观生活质量问卷(ISLQ)]、家属心理状况[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]。结果观察组治疗依从性优于对照组(P<0.05);干预后两组ISLQ评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组移情性、反应性、可靠性、有形性、保证性分值高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后两组SAS评分、SDS评分少于干预前,且观察组少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于HAPA模型护理干预应用于6~8岁毛细支气管炎患儿中,有利于提高治疗依从性,改善生活质量,增强家属护理满意度,减轻家属心理负担。Objective To observe the application effect of nursing intervention based on the health action process orientation model(HAPA)in children with bronchiolitis aged 6-8 years old.Methods A total of 102 children with bronchiolitis aged 6-8 who were admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and divided into 2 groups according to Doll’s clinical case random table,with 51 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received nursing intervention based on the HAPA model on the basis of the control group.The two groups were statistically compared in terms of treatment compliance,family members’nursing satisfaction[Service Quality Scale(SERVQUAL)],quality of life before and after intervention[Children’s Subjective Quality of Life Questionnaire(ISLQ)],family members’psychological status[Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating depression scale(SDS)].Results The treatment compliance of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);After the intervention,the ISLQ scores of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);The scores of empathy,reactivity,reliability,tangibility and assurance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);After the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on the HAPA model is applied to children with bronchiolitis aged 6-8 years,which is convenient for improving treatment compliance,improving quality of life,enhancing nursing satisfaction of family members,and reducing the psychological burden of family members.
